Seems like my provider is really only interested in my diabetes. I have other areas I want to discuss but things move fast and she is in and out. No real time to discuss other issues I feel need to be addressed.

I was so pleased with this experiment I received information about my medical conditions that I haven't received in the past and to me that means a matter of life or death. I am so appreciated that someone took the time to go over all of my medical information. informed me what I needed in my best interest
I was seen on this visit for follow up after being admitted to the hospital. I got my appointment in the time frame that worked well for me. Everyone in the office was nice and done their job really well. I appreciate each and every one of them.
