A well planned visit. Schedulers called and followed up with clinic location, location of diagnostic tests and maps. This was extremely helpful. My nurse was very approachable and kind. My provider was prepared, very knowledgeable, very professional and thorough. He answered all of my questions and informed me how to ask more if further questions should arise. The visit was lengthy and not rushed. I felt my concerns were heard and my questions were answered.
