Dr. Coughlin was very considerate of my concerns and took extra time in reviewing my chart/images to be sure I was well informed. He was knowledgeable and has a great "bedside manner".

Dr Coughlin is one of the best you have!! He listens to his patients and he cares! However the call center is for the birds. They don't get messages back to the doctors or in a timely manner. The actual office knows their patients and knows what they need. They fit them in where they can. You don't get that with a call center. I would the powers that decided to do this to start using this call center to make their appts and see how that works for them!
