Dr Coughlin has been my doctor for 50years! He has always treated me and my family with the upmost respect, care, compassion and professionalism! I wish all doctors could be like him! He recently operated on me for kidney stone in my ureter with a laser and placed a stent. Everything was a success and I had very minimal pain for only one day! I agree wholeheartedly with the staff at the hospital about what a great surgeon he is! He is a Godsend! Thanks for the opportunity to say a little about my experiences with him over the years!

The physician and staff are consistently warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. The nurses and technicians are efficient and complete their part of the visit promptly. However, the physician often runs behind schedule, whether the appointment is in the morning or afternoon. It's not unusual to wait 30 minutes or more after the nursing staff has finished. His personable nature is a strength, but it may contribute to delays that affect patients' schedules. Overall, he provides excellent care, but improved timeliness would make the experience even better.
