I'm not a healthcare professional, but I can't imagine a better urologist than Dr. Coughlin. In addition to proven expertise in his specialty, he has excellent interpersonal communication skills which enable him to clearly explain complex matters to his patients. Plus, he's a friendly, affable guy!

My doctor is highly qualified and competent. He is caring and friendly. He makes me feel like he truly cares about me and my kidney problems. He is always totally focused on me and my visit when I am there. He doesn't seem be hurrying to get to the next patient. The reception techs and medical techs are friendly, helpful and competent.
