The physician and staff are consistently warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. The nurses and technicians are efficient and complete their part of the visit promptly. However, the physician often runs behind schedule, whether the appointment is in the morning or afternoon. It's not unusual to wait 30 minutes or more after the nursing staff has finished. His personable nature is a strength, but it may contribute to delays that affect patients' schedules. Overall, he provides excellent care, but improved timeliness would make the experience even better.
