thorough and compassionate

I would like to make a comment about the building itself not about the provider of care. The building on Miller Street is meant to Service handicap people of many different varieties once again. I needed to use the bathroom because I had come all the way from Asheville, the toilets in most of the bathrooms in the building are extremely low considering you are trying to service handicapped people. I realize there are bars, but they are placed much too high to be of any used to someone. There are many different kinds of disabilities. Mine happens to be one that made rising from the toilet nearly impossible. I would not call it an emergency so I didn't pull the emergency cord, but it occurs to me that changes could be made that would notably help many people who use the restrooms in the facility. I believe that it was poorly designed to begin with, and I also believe that it should be fixed.

I had a very thorough examination and truly felt all aspects of my concerns were addressed. I would exceedingly recommend the physicians with whom I interacted. Highest caliber! However, my initial interaction at the reception desk was less than friendly or welcoming. The physicians more than made up for it all.
