The provider was excellent, no complaints. However, the staff at the front desk was very rude, short and unfriendly. I did not feel welcome and felt like an annoyance just for trying to check in and check out

Mary Catherine was pleasant. When she asked a question, she did not rush to get an answer but waited for my daughter to explain what's going on. She in turn was very explicit in what's the next step to be taken.

She is so kind and gentle and understanding with my daughter. We've followed her directions and my daughter seems to be feeling better so we will continue with her recommendations and hopefully see even more progress.

She took the time to listen to us after the hospital did not. She then ran some test on my daughter and has already found one issue and is treating it and now we have moved on to the other. She explained everything to us in a way that we understood and she let us ask all the questions that I and my daughter had. She was awesome!

Everyone in the office is very pleasant. They are very comforting towards my child with special needs.
