Dr. Chandra and her staff are true professionals, caring and friendly. I always enjoy visiting with the personnel and my doctor here anytime.

Everything is great my only complaint is billing before my cardiac MRI I was called to collect my co-pay which was $225 and they said I still had a balance of $75 and what I want to pay $300 and I said sure and then I get billed for 215 which my previous scan which was a nuclear stress test , insurance said was a 225 copay with the nuclear part, so 225 less 75, i should only owe 140, so why the 215? Its been 2 wks since they said they would apply the 75 correctly they said it was in a holding account they didn't know where to put it so if there's any way to forward this to billing I'll be glad to pay what I owe but I'd like the $75 to be credited first
