She was the definition of professional. Kind, able to listen and hear my questions, and able to answer everything. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone else.
There was confusion about the in-person visit changing to an online vs a phone visit. I also felt a little rushed when on the phone visit call.
The Fellow that came in was absolutely fabulous. She did an excellent job and was very thorough. The Dr. seemed somewhat rushed and a bit less interested, but perhaps the Fellow had done all the work upfront! Anyway, I plan to move forward and see them again. I waited almost a year for this appointment
The PA student was excellent as well.
Waiting 9 months to see a Dr. is not a good thing. I had seen her 6 years prior to the visit.
Nurse was excellent. Doctor was late to us who was her first appointment of the day, we waited 30 minutes.

Dr Cristiano and the resident took the time to explain my treatment options and how to best manage my allergies and food intolerances. And what to do if my responses escalate. I feel more assured on my day to day manage ment.
