Erin Caldwell PA-C is great

At my annual Wellness visit, my doctor always discusses health and lifestyle choices with me.

She actually cares about my health and treatment

I liked Erin as a provider. She seemed to listen and didn't dismiss my questions. I don't like having to give all my personal information out loud at the front desk when checking in. What is the point of checking in on-line if they are going to ask all of that information again? Can't they find a way to verify my personal information without making me provide my complete address for anyone in the waiting room to hear? This needs to be changed.

The doctor listened and diagnosed me in a detailed and was kind enough to explain everything to me !!!

Erin is very friendly and knowledgeable - always a pleasant experience even when I don't feel great.
