Dr. Will Ballard was great like always!

Dr. William Ballard has excellent people skills, and one visiting his office leave knowing he is a doctor that has deep empathy for people. He is a doctor for the right reason, caring for fellow humans.

In my opinion Dr Will Ballard is the best. He's very knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate .He's just the best doctor I've ever had

The staff at Jonesville Family Center is great. I would like to be able to speak to their office directly when I call, however this is not possible with Atrium. If one was able to speak with them the first call, it would save a lot of time on both sides.
