Dr. Will Ballard is a caring, open, involved physician........who listens attentively, making eye contact, asks pertinent questions and discusses a plan of action.......Leaving the patient ample opportunity to interact.....all traits of an excellent and professional physician....which he is. DR. WILL IS THE REASON I COME TO THIS OFFICE. Atrium, on the other hand, is making it most difficult to reach our providers in a timely fashion - NOT GOOD - as this adds to a patient's stress level when they are already sick.

From the minute I was checked in to the end of my consultation with Dr Ballard, I was treated with respect. Each person listened, and we discussed possible remedies for my situation. Each was knowledgeable in responses to my questions. I would definitely recommend this provider.
