This was an initial consult, so I would not expect familiarity with my history. Dr. Bullard's Fellow (whose name I forget) was professional, asked good questions, and listened well. She made sure that I understood what was being done. Dr Bullard spoke with me and wisely wants to see exactly what procedures I had done previously, before recommending a treatment plan.

Dr. Bullard took the time to explain my MRI to me and answered all of my questions. Very kind and compassionate.
