We were treated with courtesy and in a professional manner...not "talked down to" as can happen sometimes in medical offices. She spent time with us and listened to us as well as shared her professional opinions. She seemed in no hurry for our visit to end and seemed to want our complete understanding and satisfaction with time spent with her.
