We were kept waiting approximately 45 minutes before the provider entered our room. We were told that the provider "got busy with a student". We feel that our appointment should have been the provider's priority. Once the provider entered the room, we saw the provider for approximately 6 minutes during which the diagnosis was made and explained. Having a child that has anxiety and not knowing what the appointment could potentially consist of (we were there for a suspected ingrown toenail and expected the toe to be cut on) the wait was quite stressful with my anxious child threatening to leave at one point but I was able to convince her to stay. Diagnosis was good, visit was not!
